Our experienced Inpatient Medical Coders are paired with multi-specialty physicians to perform an interactive, simultaneous clinical documentation and coding review pre-bill, ensuring that coding accurately captures the documented clinical experience.
Our DRG Integrity Specialists benefit from a physician’s clinical perspective during chart review, and our physicians have the opportunity to learn about the nuances of medical coding from our expert team of DRG Integrity Specialists.

CDI Query Writer
At Accuity, CDI Query Writers ensure clinical documentation accurately reflects the actual care provided by reviewing medical records and supporting evidence and initiating compliant provider queries.
Supported by robust training, clinical and coding data, and alignment with AHIMA, ACDIS, and AHA standards, they help improve documentation integrity and coding accuracy. Their work supports appropriate reimbursement and strengthens key quality metrics such as severity of illness (SOI) and risk of mortality (ROM).
