Robert Jones
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Jones has an extensive career spanning more than 22 years in the CFO role for several healthcare service industries, including outsourced pharmaceutical IT, patient education, employee wellness and revenue cycle management. Prior to his experience in healthcare, he spent 11 years at American Express in marketing, finance, strategic planning and international. As Accuity’s CFO, Robert leads the finance team and works with executive leadership to develop, execute and manage Accuity’s strategic growth efforts.
Robert is a graduate and class of 1988 Valedictorian of NYU’s Stern School of Business, from which he holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Robert is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children in Essex, New Jersey’s foster care system. He also serves on CASA of Essex and Sussex’s Board of Trustees in the role of treasurer.
Matthew Clark
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
As Chief Compliance Officer, Matthew Clark oversees all legal and compliance matters for Accuity. He coordinates Accuity’s compliance and risk programs and ensures regulatory compliance and risk issues are monitored. He’s a licensed attorney with more than 12 years of experience representing clients on state and federal level regulatory and compliance issues in consumer finance, government and healthcare.
Trevor Snow
Chief Operating Officer
With over 30 years of transformational experience across large multi-level healthcare organizations, Trevor Snow oversees Accuity’s operations team. Coming at a time when Accuity is successfully growing its impact on healthcare reimbursement, Trevor is focused on expanding Accuity’s operational foundation and innovating to continually meet our client’s needs. Prior to joining the Accuity team in late 2022, Trevor led the Health Informatics team at a large, for-profit health system for 7 years, shaping the strategy and vision for clinical documentation improvement, shared coding services and the HIM operations team.
Dr. Hani Judeh
Chief Medical Officer
An expert in middle revenue cycle and physician engagement, Dr. Hani Judeh has a proven track record of implementing innovative programs with strong results. As Chief Medical Officer of Accuity, Dr. Judeh oversees a team of medical directors in physician-led clinical reviews and a physician-led quality offering with emphasis on risk adjusted data, value- based purchasing, and publicly reported data. As a practicing internist, Dr. Judeh provides middle revenue cycle insights through a clinical lens. He works closely with clients from implementation throughout the relationship, partnering with them in the education of their physicians.
Dr. Judeh is board certified in Internal Medicine. He continues to practice medicine as a faculty member at Mount Sinai Health System.
Glenn Heath
Chief Growth Officer
Glenn Heath is Chief Growth Officer for Accuity and a member of its senior leadership team. Glenn leads an integrated sales and channel partner team responsible for Accuity’s go-to-market strategy and continued growth. A recognized leader in healthcare revenue cycle management, Glenn’s 25-year healthcare career includes leadership roles with Optum, Navigant, Dell and McKesson.
Neena Patton
Chief Human Resources Officer
Neena Patton has over 18 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, employee performance and engagement, total rewards, compliance and talent acquisition. Neena is known as an empowering leader, problem-solver and decision maker with the ability to balance business goals with employee needs. Throughout her career, she has lead U.S. and international HR teams in a variety of healthcare sectors and is experienced in growth and transformation including M&A due diligence, post-acquisition integration, change management and more.
Neena graduated with her Master of Science (M.S.), Human Resources Administration (HRA) from the University of Scranton and received her bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University. She is actively involved in her local Society for Human Resources Management Chapter (SHRM), serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors from 2019-2022 and is currently the President-Elect. Neena maintains SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
Glenn Dixon
Chief Technology Officer
Accuity’s Information Technology team leader, Glenn Dixon, has extensive experience in software engineering and design. He has a deep understanding of technology within the healthcare industry, and he is focused on inspiring his team to imagine and build innovative solutions to make the healthcare revenue cycle more efficient and cost-effective. Glenn led multiple transformative healthcare IT projects in his role as VP of Software Engineering and Design at Conifer Health Solutions.
Dr. Bringham Strelow
Vice President, Revenue Integrity
As the Vice President, Revenue Integrity at Accuity, Dr. Bringham Strelow is responsible for implementation, evaluation, and oversight of the organization’s revenue cycle operations functions as they relate to the appropriate and accurate capture of revenue for clients while maintaining compliant coding practices. He develops and maintains long-range strategic plans for systems, processes, and personnel that support high-performing, client-centered revenue cycle operational success. Dr. Strelow monitors the initiation, revision, and application of external regulations, statutes, and standards. He identifies areas for organizational development, collaborates with necessary individuals & departments, and creates solutions to further Accuity’s technology-enabled processes including but not limited to testing, installation, and education of staff to produce and maintain high quality coding and data integrity.
Dr. Strelow is a physician with a clinical background in general surgery and burn surgery.
Candice Daszewski
Chief Client Officer
Candice Daszewski has spent over 18 years specializing in healthcare RCM in both the provider and vendor settings for health systems and physician groups. Prior to joining Accuity, Candice held key leadership roles in client delivery and client relationships for nThrive and Revint (now Cloudmed). In addition to her recent leadership roles, Candice started her career in RCM at Houston Methodist and large physician practices in Texas. She is known for her commitment to cultivating client relationships, driving performance alignment, and ensuring superior results. In this capacity, Candice is responsible for delivering the highest level of satisfaction and success throughout the client experience.
Candice graduated with her Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and received her bachelor’s degree in education from Hofstra University.
Todd Van Meter
CEO
Todd Van Meter, Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years of experience in hospital and physician revenue cycle management and outsourcing services to the healthcare marketplace. Most recently, Todd was president of the Ambulatory Services Division of Optum360, a provider of RCM solutions to physicians. Prior to Optum360, Todd was the president and chief operating officer of EOS Healthcare, a hospital RCM provider as well as senior vice president at CarePayment, senior vice president at Convergent RCM and vice president of hospital operations and new business for McKesson.

She is actively involved in her local Society for Human Resources Management Chapter (SHRM), serving in various officer seats (Secretary 2019-2022, President-Elect 2023), and is currently serving a three-year term as the President. Neena maintains SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
