Chief Executive Officer
Todd Van Meter serves as Chief Executive Officer of Accuity, where he leads the company’s mission to help health systems strengthen financial performance and sustain their impact within the communities they serve.
Todd brings more than 36 years of experience leading hospital and physician revenue cycle management and outsourcing organizations in the healthcare marketplace. Prior to joining Accuity in 2020, he served as President Optum Provider Midwest and President of the Ambulatory Services Division of Optum360, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, physician practices and OptumCare. Earlier in his career, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of EOS Healthcare and held senior leadership roles at CarePayment, Convergent RCM, and McKesson.
In addition to his role at Accuity, Todd serves as an Executive in Residence at Frazier Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare.
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Jones serves as Chief Financial Officer at Accuity, where he leads the finance organization and partners with executive leadership to support the company’s strategic growth and operational performance. He is responsible for financial planning, reporting, and ensuring the company’s long-term financial health.
Robert brings more than 27 years of experience as a CFO across multiple healthcare services sectors, including outsourced pharmaceutical IT, patient education, employee wellness, and revenue cycle management. Earlier in his career, he spent 11 years at American Express in roles spanning finance, marketing, strategic planning, and international business.
Robert earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he graduated as valedictorian.
Chief Medical Officer and Chief Medical Informatics Officer
Dr. Hani Judeh serves as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Medical Informatics Officer at Accuity, where he provides executive leadership across clinical strategy, informatics, AI-enabled clinical integration, and quality. He oversees the design and delivery of the organization’s physician-governed, AI-enabled clinical model and leads the integration of evidence-based medicine, regulatory alignment, and data-driven performance improvement across a national client base. As a founding member and the organization’s longest-tenured executive leader since its inception in 2016, Dr. Judeh has played a central role in shaping Accuity’s clinical and operational model.
In his dual role as a clinical and informatics leader, Dr. Judeh owns company-wide clinical governance and quality oversight and leads the strategy and advancement of Amplifi and AI-enabled clinical integration. As the clinical architect of Accuity’s proprietary AI-enabled platform, Amplifi, he directs the integration of advanced analytics into clinical workflows while ensuring physician governance remains central to the AI-driven model. He leads a multidisciplinary physician team and oversees enterprise clinical governance, knowledge management, and physician engagement strategies focused on strengthening the integrity of clinical data, improving quality outcomes, and ensuring accurate, defensible representation of patient complexity.
Dr. Judeh is a board-certified internist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, with more than 15 years of clinical experience. He serves as System Medical Director of Retrospective Denials Management and is a nationally recognized educator, having delivered more than 200 invited lectures on clinical documentation integrity, quality measurement, and the intersection of clinical care, data, and performance.
Chief Operating Officer
Hannah Hartung serves as Chief Operating Officer at Accuity, where she leads the company’s operational strategy and execution across delivery functions. She is responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and performance while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients and fostering a strong, collaborative culture across the organization.
Hannah started her career in clinical practice as a physical therapist and subsequently brings more than 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with expertise spanning utilization management, care management, population health, and large-scale operational transformation. She has led organizations through complex transitions, aligning strategy with execution and building high-performing teams focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and sustainable results.
Hannah holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy.
Chief Product and Strategy Officer
Cindy Klain serves as Chief Product and Strategy Officer at Accuity, where she leads enterprise product management, corporate strategy, innovation, and portfolio governance. She is responsible for aligning product vision and investment strategy to deliver solutions that improve revenue integrity, operational efficiency, and financial performance for healthcare providers.
Cindy brings more than 20 years of experience leading product strategy, commercialization, and operational transformation within healthcare technology and services organizations. Prior to joining Accuity, she held leadership roles at Optum, Change Healthcare, and GE Healthcare, where she led enterprise product portfolios and large-scale transformation initiatives. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, launching differentiated solutions, and implementing governance models that drive prioritization and long-term value creation.
Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
Chief Growth Officer
Glenn Heath serves as Chief Growth Officer at Accuity, where he leads the company’s growth strategy by aligning sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth. He is responsible for developing and executing strategies that position Accuity’s revenue integrity solutions to improve the financial performance of health systems. Under his leadership, Accuity has achieved more than five consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth and strengthened its position as a market leader in clinical revenue cycle solutions.
Glenn brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare strategy, sales, and marketing. Prior to joining Accuity, he held senior leadership roles at Optum, Navigant, Dell, McKesson, and IBM. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for translating complex industry challenges into scalable solutions that drive increased market share, operational efficiency, and sustained revenue growth.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University.
Chief Client Officer
Candice Daszewski serves as Chief Client Officer at Accuity, where she leads client strategy, delivery, and long-term partnership development across health systems and physician groups. She is focused on aligning operational execution with measurable financial and performance outcomes, ensuring clients realize sustained value from Accuity’s solutions.
With more than 23 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management across both provider and vendor environments, Candice has held senior leadership roles at nThrive and Revint Solutions (now R1/Cloudmed). Throughout her career, she has helped health systems strengthen revenue integrity, improve operational performance, and navigate complex reimbursement challenges. She began her career at Houston Methodist and large physician practices, providing firsthand insight into the operational realities clients face.
Candice holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and a bachelor’s degree in education from Hofstra University.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Neena Patton serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Accuity, where she leads the company’s human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, total rewards, and compliance. She is focused on aligning people strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth, strengthen culture, and drive workforce performance.
Neena brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership across healthcare organizations. Throughout her career, she has supported periods of growth and transformation, including mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and enterprise change management initiatives. She is recognized for building strong organizational cultures and implementing talent strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and overall performance.
Neena holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton and a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University. She is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified and serves as President of her local Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) chapter.
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Matthew Clark serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Accuity, where he oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. He advises executive leadership and the Board of Directors on risk, governance, reimbursement, regulatory strategy, and general legal matters and leads the company’s compliance, privacy, and data security programs.
Matthew brings more than 17 years of legal and compliance experience across healthcare, government, and consumer finance sectors. Prior to joining Accuity, he served as Vice President, Legal & Compliance and General Counsel at EOS USA, where he led corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy, including cross-border legal matters.

A board-certified adult and pediatric neurosurgeon, Dr. Miller brings extensive experience across clinical practice, healthcare education, physician engagement, and healthcare innovation. Prior to joining Accuity in 2021, she developed and implemented educational programs within academic institutions, healthcare systems, and medical device organizations. She also has deep expertise in surgical documentation, implant-related reimbursement, and the operational realities of the revenue cycle from a physician perspective.
Dr. Miller earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Michigan State University and holds Fellowship status in the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS). In addition to her clinical and surgical training, she holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management with a specialization in Innovative Strategy and Artificial Intelligence, reflecting her commitment to advancing the intersection of healthcare, technology, and physician education. She is also board certified in Integrative Medicine and continues to pursue advanced education in Wilderness Medicine, combining her passion for lifelong learning with her commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and physician education.
Vice President, Clinical Documentation Integrity
Mary McGrady serves as Vice President of Clinical Documentation Integrity at Accuity, where she leads CDI strategy, education, and program development initiatives across the organization. She partners with health systems to strengthen documentation integrity, support coding accuracy, and ensure administrative data accurately reflects the true clinical picture of patient care. In her role, Mary also supports client implementation, develops CDI education programs, and fosters alignment between clinical, coding, and operational teams.
Mary brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience spanning nursing, administration, consulting, and CDI leadership. Prior to joining Accuity, she served as CDI Director at NYU Langone Health, where she helped expand the CDI program across facilities and developed physician education initiatives focused on risk adjustment and analytics-driven engagement. She has served on the ACDIS CCDS Certification Committee, participated in the ACDIS Leadership Exchange, and presented at conferences including ACDIS, Vizient, and HIMANYC.
Mary earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. John Fisher College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the State University of New York at Oswego. Physician Executive Director
Dr. Sari Green is a physician executive and strategic leader driving clinical excellence, documentation integrity, and revenue performance at Accuity. With a foundation as a practicing general surgeon, Dr. Green transitioned from clinical practice into healthcare operations, where she now leverages her frontline clinical experience to shape and enhance service delivery across health systems nationwide. In her role as Physician Executive Director, she champions the integration of clinical insight into the revenue cycle—helping organizations strengthen documentation accuracy, improve denials mitigation, and ensure the full clinical complexity of care is accurately reflected in the administrative record.
Dr. Green works closely with health system executives, physicians, CDI leaders, and revenue cycle teams to build strategic partnerships and advance physician engagement within complex clinical and operational environments. Her expertise bridges the gap between clinicians and coders, combining deep medical knowledge with operational strategy to improve both patient care representation and financial performance. She is widely recognized for her ability to translate clinical nuance into actionable strategies that support defensible reimbursement, quality outcomes, and sustainable revenue integrity.
Dr. Green earned her medical degree and completed advanced surgical training prior to transitioning into healthcare operations and executive leadership. Vice President, Clinical Intelligence
Dr. Stephanie Smith serves as Vice President of Clinical Intelligence at Accuity, where she oversees technology-enabled improvement initiatives, physician engagement, and clinical integration efforts supporting the organization’s physician-led revenue integrity model. She plays a central role in aligning clinical expertise with AI-enabled technology strategy, helping ensure documentation integrity, coding accuracy, and defensible clinical outcomes across health system partnerships. Dr. Smith also serves as a key clinical subject matter expert supporting Accuity’s innovation efforts.
A board-certified internist and hospitalist with more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Smith has held leadership roles spanning clinical operations, physician advisory services, and quality assurance within the mid-revenue cycle. Her expertise includes physician engagement, operational transformation, and clinically governed AI strategy. She has also completed executive education in Machine Learning through MIT and Artificial Intelligence through UC Berkeley and holds advanced certification from the American Board of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.
Dr. Smith completed her medical education and clinical training at Baylor College of Medicine prior to practicing and teaching within the Texas Medical Center. Senior Director, CDI Staff Development
Dawn Valdez, RN, CDIP, CCDS is the Senior Director of CDI Staff Development at Accuity Healthcare, where she leads strategic education and professional development initiatives for CDI teams nationwide. In her role, Dawn focuses on advancing clinical documentation excellence, strengthening staff competency, and supporting organizational quality outcomes through education, mentorship, and operational leadership. She partners closely with CDI professionals and healthcare organizations to drive best practices and enhance documentation integrity across the care continuum.
Dawn brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including critical care nursing with a specialty in Neuro ICU. Her background also includes founding and leading a legal nurse consulting company specializing in medical bill auditing for insurance payers, serving as a CDI educator and manager for a large hospital system, and working as a CDI educator for ACDIS/HCPro. She is widely recognized for her expertise in CDI education, compliance, ethics, and complex clinical topics such as encephalopathy.
Dawn is a frequent national speaker and published author within the CDI profession. She has appeared on the ACDIS Talking CDI podcast, authored the third edition of the ACDIS/HCPro CDI Training Guide, and contributed numerous articles to the ACDIS CDI Journal, CDI Strategies, and Just Coding. She regularly presents educational sessions for ACDIS, AHIMA State Associations, and national CDI
